My journal of starting a nutritional supplement that works and is also affordable. I have a background, though limited, in homeopathic, herbals and holistic healing. Our whole family currently is seeing a chiropractor/acupuncturist weekly for pain management and general health upkeep. We have a limited income and medical insurance. Due to our age, current health and family health history, we know we need to do somthing now to feel better and insure our families life together.

Me-age age 43, overweight since baby, 4 children, heart murmur, no gallbladder, diagnosed with kidney disease 3 years ago, eczema, lactose intolerant, glutton intolerant, herniated neck vertebra, family history of heart issues.

Hubby-age 38, overweight since childhood, bone spur on neck vertebra, family history of diabetes, colon cancer, heart disease, and depression on both side of the family.

Baby-age 3, way to active for mom to keep up.
